We also operate as a retailer for genuine motorcycle and scooter spare parts & accessories, and various multi-brand two-wheeler accessories and modification parts. Our services extend to offering franchise opportunities for individuals or businesses interested in setting up their own two-wheeler servicing workshop under the Motocode Customs brand name.

3. User Responsibilities
As a user of our Services, you commit to providing accurate and current information for all registration, purchase, and service processes. You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and not to compromise the security of our website, render it inaccessible to others, or cause damage to the content, services, or website. As a user, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information during the franchise inquiry and registration process.
4. Pricing, Payment, and Refunds
The prices for our services, products, and franchise setup fees are as quoted on our website and may change from time to time. Payments must be made at the time of service or upon receiving an invoice. We accept various forms of payment as listed on our website. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Motocode Customs.

5. Franchise Terms
Our franchise model requires a setup fee ranging from 3.5 to 7 lakh rupees, covering in-shop decoration, professional machinery, other necessary equipment, and marketing fees for the brand and franchise outlet. Franchise units operate independently but must adhere to the operating standards and procedures prescribed by Motocode Customs. Any further purchases of accessories or spare parts from us are at the discretion of the franchise unit. Franchise units bear full responsibility for their actions, operations, and any liabilities arising therefrom.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, trade names, images, logos, designs, or any other proprietary information or branding, belong exclusively to Motocode Customs. Any misuse or unauthorized use of this intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
7. Liability Limitation and Disclaimer of Warranties
Motocode Customs provides its Services and products on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for excellence, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of any information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose.
